About the Founder

I'm a former Technical Lead who experienced firsthand how burnout, low energy, and declining health can silently erode performance and quality of life.

That realization led me to study human performance more deeply — and to create BodyStack: a protocol designed to help developers align their physical health with their professional ambition.

Today, I help ambitious developers build sustainable habits, improve energy and focus, and develop a body that supports high performance instead of limiting it.
